We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional to handle international customer support operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing world-class service to customers across different countries, resolving queries, handling complaints, and delivering timely solutions in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to customers via various communication channels, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and maintaining a positive attitude at all times.
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, including email and chat communications, to deliver personalized solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Resolve customer queries related to products, services, orders, and payments with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring complete satisfaction of customers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in CRM systems, supporting business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Technical, Logistics) to resolve customer issues effectively, fostering a culture of teamwork and cooperation.
  • Monitor customer feedback and report recurring issues to management, enabling process improvements and enhanced customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline or relevant field.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in an international environment, demonstrating adaptability and cultural awareness.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including MS Office and CRM platforms, to efficiently manage customer interactions and data.
  • Ability to work calmly and professionally in high-pressure situations, prioritizing customer needs and expectations.
