Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer - Energy Storage Systems

Job Description:

As a seasoned electrical engineer with expertise in battery-based energy storage systems, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems that meet the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Battery-Based Energy Storage Systems Design: Develop electrical designs for PCS, BMS, EMS, and SCADA systems, leveraging your knowledge of current battery technologies and their characteristics.
  • Tech Compliance Review: Conduct thorough reviews of technical documents and installations to ensure adherence to applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Project Management: Oversee bids and projects from inception to completion, utilizing your strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Training and Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest equipment and technologies through manufacturer-provided training sessions.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Total Experience: A minimum of 2 years in BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems).
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field. PhD holders in similar fields are also welcome.
  • Electrical Knowledge: Proven experience in electrical design, testing, and project management of BESS systems.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent organization, communication, analytical, planning, time management, and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Team Management: Proven ability to manage teams, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
