
Lead Sales Professional

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth and expand our presence in the US and European markets. This is a full-time position based in Noida, India.
About the Role:
This role involves identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new enterprise sales opportunities in your assigned territory (US or Europe). You will build and manage your pipeline, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business by leveraging industry connections and expertise.
- Closely collaborate with internal teams to navigate complex B2B sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.
- Develop deep relationships with customers to maximize growth and revenue.
- Partner with marketing and presales engineers to drive success and achieve ambitious targets.
Requirements:
- 4-8 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales owning a pipeline and closing deals is essential.
- Proven success selling to US and/or European corporate clients is required.
- A strong self-starter who thrives working independently with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Passion for learning and development solutions is an added advantage.
