About the Role

We are seeking an innovative Performance Marketing Manager who will be part of our dynamic growth team. This role requires excellent digital marketing skills, creativity, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads for optimal performance.
  • Create, execute, and optimize campaigns across various channels to maximize ROI.
  • Innovate and develop new campaign ideas to share with the team.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create best-in-class marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with team leads to create and drive strategy with prioritization of initiatives to deliver high returns on marketing spends.
  • Continuously track and measure campaign level, ad-set level, and ad level performance, providing actionable insights.
  • Drive and track KPIs like revenue, conversions, CPA, CPI, etc., and prepare performance reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with online marketing trends, best practices, and keep strategies current.
  • Closely collaborate with internal stakeholders on campaign production schedules, modify activity, and notify stakeholders of relevant outcomes, fluctuations, and plans.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in running Google and Facebook ads extensively.
  • Managed marketing budgets.
  • At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Experience in running ads on lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and interest-based audiences.
