Job Opportunity:

Are you a skilled professional with expertise in ServiceNow platform development? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a ServiceNow Developer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop IT service management and other modules (GRC, security operations, HR service delivery, customer service management, IT business management) on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Adhere to best practices during support and development.
  • Support fellow developers in integrating existing systems with ServiceNow.
  • Create technical design documents and write unit test cases.
  • Possess knowledge in web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, etc.)
  • Perform ServiceNow upgrades and possess a strong understanding of IT service management, GRC, security operations, HR service delivery, customer service management, and IT business management processes.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • Experience in integrating ServiceNow with various solutions (SaaS, external applications) using REST APIs, web services, JSON, and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Work effectively under pressure and handle tight deadlines with excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills.

Certifications:

  • Certified System Administrator (desired)
  • ITIL Certifications (desired)
  • Other Service-Now Certifications (preferred)
