Strategic Commercial Leadership

The role of the Head of Commercial is a critical position within our organization, responsible for shaping and driving our base metals strategy in India. This position requires a strong understanding of the base metals value chain, commercial acumen, and the ability to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Key responsibilities include heading trade commercials, developing business strategies to achieve a leading position in the Indian base metal industry, and building and nurturing a team of professionals. The role would also involve leading the development of organizational infrastructure to support a phased growth journey from an initial two-year trading focus to the eventual establishment of manufacturing operations across the base metals value chain.

  • Minimum 20 years experience in base metals industry with a Bachelor's degree or minimum 10 years experience in base metals industry post Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
