We are seeking a skilled Bancassurance Specialist to drive sales through our partner bank branches in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with partner bank branches to drive insurance sales through bancassurance channels.
  • Train and motivate bank staff to generate referrals and leads, enhancing customer service and business persistence.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly & quarterly sales targets while monitoring and reporting on branch performance for continuous business growth.
Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in insurance or BFSI sector.
  • Graduate in any discipline with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

 

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders. They should have a proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.
