Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to oversee the execution of projects from initiation to completion.

This role involves working closely with project managers and team members to facilitate communication, track progress, ensure project deadlines are met.

  • Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate project activities, including meetings, resources, and tasks.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth working relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with project managers.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation.

Project Coordination:

  • Coordinate project activities, including meetings, resources, and tasks.
  • Ensure smooth working relationships with clients.

Communication:

  • Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent client servicing/accounts management skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
