Key Responsibilities- To recruit, train, and manage a team of unit managers and agency managers to achieve corporate goals.
- To maintain high levels of productivity and ensure adherence to established targets.
- To develop and execute business strategies to grow various segments as per the sales plan.
- To provide training and development opportunities to agents with the assistance of the training team.
- To uphold the company's reputation and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Achievement of sales targets and other key performance indicators.
- Retention of talent and ensuring a high level of employee satisfaction.
- Effective team management and leadership.
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Marketing and Sales is preferred.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the insurance industry.
- Prior experience in team handling roles is highly valued.
- Sound knowledge of IRDA regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team building and leadership abilities.
