Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to design and develop memory compilers and Fast Cache instances for our next-generation Cores. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer architecture, SRAM architecture, Critical Path Modelling, Full Cut Analysis, and Monte Carlo Simulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Design digital circuits for memory blocks like SRAM, register files, and caches.
  • Perform simulations and verification to ensure functionality and optimize for power, performance, area, timing, and yield.
  • Analyse the physical implementation impact on circuit performance.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in SRAM/memory design margin, char, and related quality checks.
  • Strong knowledge of physical implementation impact on circuit performance.
  • Experience with Circuit Simulation and Optimization of standard cells.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience working on Cadence or Synopsys flows.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Develop high-performance memory compilers and Fast Cache instances.
  • Optimize circuit performance and reduce power consumption.
  • Ensure robustness and reliability of memory blocks.
