Technical Lead for API Automation

This is a challenging role that involves leading the development and implementation of automated testing strategies using advanced tools like Selenium, Cucumber, and Rest Assured.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in test automation with a strong background in Java, web, and API technologies. They will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements, developing and maintaining automated tests using agile methodologies, and contributing to the development of testing frameworks and tools.

  • Leverage expertise in Selenium, Cucumber (BDD) framework, and Rest Assured to design and implement robust API testing strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements
  • Develop and maintain automated tests using agile methodologies
  • Contribute to the development of testing frameworks and tools
Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • At least 6+ years of experience in test automation with good communication skills
  • Strong background in Java, web, and API technologies
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cucumber (BDD) framework, and Rest Assured is mandatory
  • Experience working in agile models
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
