Lead API Automation Tester Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the Lead API Automation Tester position.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong coding skills in Java, JavaScript, Core Java, and TypeScript. They will also be able to develop, design, and build test automation frameworks from scratch, choosing the right frameworks based on project needs.

This role involves developing and implementing automated testing strategies for APIs, leading and mentoring a team of quality engineers, and defining and reporting quality engineering metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement automated testing strategies for APIs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Quality engineers.
  • Define and report Quality Engineering metrics.
Requirements
  • 6-10 years of experience in Java and Selenium.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in API Automation testing.
  • Strong expertise in BDD frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
