Job Title: Application Developer – API Testing

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Application Developer to design, build, and configure applications that meet business process and application requirements. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop application features, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance to ensure seamless user experience. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members, driving quality improvements, and contributing to key technical decisions across teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in API Testing and related technologies.
- Collaborate with and manage the team to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Take ownership of team-level decisions and contribute to strategic, cross-team decisions.
- Provide effective solutions to technical challenges within the team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their technical expertise.
- Continuously evaluate, refine, and improve development processes for greater efficiency and quality.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must-Have Skills:

- Strong proficiency in API Testing, Automated Testing, Java, and Selenium.
- Solid understanding of RESTful services and API design principles.
- Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience in writing and executing test cases for API endpoints.

Good-to-Have Skills:

- Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies.

Additional Information

- This role requires a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in API Testing.
- Work location: Bengaluru Office.
- Candidates must have completed 15 years of full-time education.
