Job Description:

Gallagher Service Center LLP is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Integration Specialist to join our team in the UK. As an HRIS Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for building and supporting all HR technology-related integrations that use the combination of Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work under the supervision of Global HRIS Integration Lead to design, develop, and implement new integrations and modify existing ones as per agreed timelines.
  • Support and monitor existing integration processes, assist in resolving incidents and service requests related to integrations, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope and estimates for new development work, providing technical direction and expertise related to integration strategies.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Oracle and other vendor product updates, assessing their impact on integrations and reporting quarterly upgrade plans to Oracle Cloud HCM.
  • Establish and maintain integration standards and protocols, proposing, planning, initiating, directing, and documenting projects to test architectural proposals and concepts.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in building integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) platform in combination with Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • 5+ years of experience in automating end-to-end integration orchestrations in Oracle HCM Cloud and other HR-related applications.
  • Proficiency in REST, XML, JSON, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, XSLT, Technology Adapters, HDL & HSDL, BI Publisher, HCM extracts & OTBI, Oracle Fusion cloud architecture, Application toolkit, and Oracle Cloud HCM table structure.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • 5-7 years related experience.
Working Conditions:

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a hybrid mode (3 weeks work from home & 1 week work from office) with shift timings in the UK (12:30 pm to 9:30 pm). We offer a competitive salary ranging between £60,000 to £80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
