Job Opportunity:We are seeking a skilled IT Support Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.Job Description:As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing first- and second-level support to our global employees across various sites. Your primary goal will be to ensure timely operational and technical support for personal computers and troubleshoot all domestic computer hardware and software issues.Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Ensure prompt and effective troubleshooting, resolution, and documentation of all problems and service requests.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve technical issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Software Development: Develop accurate documentation of installation and configuration procedures for both standard and non-standard software packages.
  • Asset Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of company assets.
  • Knowledge Base: Create and maintain a knowledge base to support users.
  • Cybersecurity: Collaborate with the Cybersecurity team to ensure network assets are secured.
  • Database Management: Update problem management database with timely and meaningful information in accordance with desktop service levels.
  • Troubleshooting: Gather and log relevant information about issues and attempts to resolve them using tools provided and collective knowledge of teammates and supervisors.
  • Deployment: Assist in deploying desktop PCs and peripherals.
  • Onboarding: On-board new employees with company orientation to computer assets.
  • Communication: Respond to voice mail and email daily.
  • Skill Development: Develop working knowledge of all desktop applications and OS software supported by Desktop Services.
  • Variety of Tasks: Perform various duties assigned by the Client Solutions Manager.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Work Experience: 2+ years experience in Desktop and/or Helpdesk support.
  • Software Knowledge: Prior work-related experience with current standard desktop software (Microsoft Office, Windows).
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus.
  • International Experience: Experience working with international clients in USA and Europe.
  • Additional Skills: Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office, knowledge of SAP is an asset.
  • Help Desk Experience: Experience with Desktop or Help Desk support is an asset.
