**Job Overview**

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our Onboarding function. The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of our solutions across all projects, driving efficiency and scalability.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to a team of Technical Program Managers.
  • Oversee the entire portfolio of client implementations, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery.
  • Define and optimize project management processes for large-scale SaaS implementations.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for project delivery, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
  • Proactively identify and manage program-level risks, developing mitigation strategies.
**Requirements**
  • Bachelor's degree in software engineering or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in technical program or project management within a SaaS company.
  • A deep understanding of the project management lifecycle within a SaaS context.
  • Proven ability to build, mentor, and scale high-performing teams.
