Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to create and implement a structured documentation framework for our network across multiple sites.

The primary focus is to establish templates and organization for as-built diagrams, contact information, runbooks, and design guidelines.

The resulting setup should be intuitive, easy to navigate, and seamlessly integrate into our standard build process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop Network Documentation Frameworks
  • Create Standardized Templates for Site Documentation, Runbooks, and Design Guidelines
  • Convert Existing Network Design Data into Structured Conventions
  • Collaborate with the Network Team to Gather Data and Understand Site-Specific Details
  • Pilot the Documentation Process on a Subset of Sites
  • Develop Training Materials and Conduct Sessions for Smooth Adoption

This role involves working closely with the network team to gather existing data, convert designs into standardized templates, and train the team on maintaining and expanding the documentation.
