Role Summary

We are looking for a talented professional to join our team as an Associate - Onboarding Manager. As a key member of our onboarding team, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless customer experiences.

  • Develop a deep understanding of UrbanPiper's products and services to provide expert support to customers during the onboarding process and post go-live.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs efficiently and effectively, providing end-to-end support to ensure customers have the tools and support needed to succeed.
  • Work closely with the integration team and Technical Account Manager to understand customer requirements, clarify product-related questions, and deliver viable solutions or alternatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional team members to deliver the best possible customer experience and drive long-term value for our clients.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly learn new products, tools, and technologies and share that knowledge effectively with customers.

  • Provide high-quality support to customers, responding promptly to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service and Product & Engineering teams to facilitate quick and effective issue resolution, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
  • Build strong relationships by actively engaging with customers, striving to exceed expectations, and taking extra measures to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who meets the following qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience in Customer Success or Relationship Management, ideally within the SaaS space.
  • A Bachelor's degree as a minimum educational qualification (Engineering degrees preferred).
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate cross-team collaboration.
  • Willingness to work during the US hours (night-shift).
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other related platforms.
Nice to Have

Prior experience in the food and beverage industry, ideally in a role that involved digital transformation or technology implementation, is advantageous but not mandatory.

Basic understanding of API integration is also beneficial but not required.
