We are seeking a UI/UX Design Specialist with a strong sense of visual storytelling, user-centric design, and a passion for crafting digital experiences.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
  • Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Evaluate consistency in branding, layout, typography, and design language across all touchpoints.
User Experience (UX) Design Strategy
  • Conduct user research to inform design decisions.
  • Develop personas and journey maps to enhance user engagement.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to deliver business requirements into user-friendly designs.
Visual Design Expertise
  • Design social media creatives and marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain a strong visual hierarchy and attention to detail.
Innovative Design Solutions
  • Explore AI tools to enhance workflows.
  • Create visual references and accelerate prototyping using AI-assisted tools.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of UI/UX design and visual communication experience.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
  • A portfolio showcasing diverse work across platforms.
  • Understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
  • Familiarity with AI-based creative tools or willingness to learn.
  • Ability to manage timelines and prioritize tasks effectively.
