About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled Digital Experience Designer to collaborate with our Marketing team, crafting innovative web experiences that meet performance goals and provide an exceptional user experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with designers to develop websites and landing pages that drive results through compelling design and intuitive navigation.
  • Continuously monitor site performance and conduct regular audits to optimize user experience and improve conversions.
  • Analyze key metrics such as conversion rates, traffic, and bounce rates to inform data-driven decisions and enhance digital strategies.
  • Conceptualize and implement engaging interactive elements using Webflow, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with content, design, and product teams to deliver cohesive and impactful solutions that exceed expectations.

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of experience designing responsive websites with Webflow.
  • In-depth knowledge of web design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, layout, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Proficiency in Figma, a popular design tool.
  • Understanding of SEO principles, including backlinking, keyword rankings, and staying current with evolving SEO trends.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social and external platform tracking.
  • Proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience integrating automations, third-party tools, and Webflow integrations to enhance web functionality and marketing effectiveness.
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional portfolio showcasing successful website design and development with a focus on brand and marketing sites.
