Content Creator Job Description

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to work with us as a Content & Communications Executive. The ideal candidate will have the ability to produce engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences while maintaining brand voice and editorial standards.

The role involves research, writing, and editing high-quality content for various formats (websites, blogs, newsletters, press releases, whitepapers, and social media). Strong storytelling skills and knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization techniques are required.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and write high-quality content for various formats.
  • Conduct interviews and gather information from subject-matter experts, stakeholders, and industry sources.
  • Develop story ideas and pitch creative concepts aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure accuracy, clarity, and editorial integrity in all content produced.
  • Adapt content for multiple formats while maintaining a consistent tone and style.
  • Collaborate with teams to create integrated content strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, SEO best practices, and emerging digital content formats.
  • Manage content calendars, deadlines, and multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of professional writing/editing experience, preferably in media houses, digital agencies, or corporate communications.
  • Strong storytelling skills and proficiency in AP Style or other editorial style guides.
  • Excellent research skills and ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization techniques.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in business journalism, lifestyle writing, or corporate content creation.
  • Familiarity with content management systems.
  • Basic understanding of analytics tools to measure content performance.
