About the Role:

We're looking for a creative professional to join our team as a Visual Content Specialist. As a key member of our design department, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining a consistent visual language across digital, print, and packaging platforms.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement brand identity guidelines, ensuring cohesive visuals across all touchpoints.
  • Create engaging content assets for social media, including reels, carousels, stories, and static images that effectively communicate scientific and skincare-related information in an appealing way.
  • Design performance marketing creatives, such as Meta, Google, and Amazon ads, to drive conversions and increase brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the founder and content team on new product packaging, focusing on strong shelf presence and recall.
  • Prepare mockups, dielines, and print-ready files for packaging and other visual materials.
  • Provide cross-functional creative support, designing website banners, emailers, WhatsApp creatives, and Amazon A+ pages, while partnering with content writers, video editors, and agencies to bring campaigns to life.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in design, preferably in consumer brands, beauty, or skincare.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, and packaging work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and knowledge of Figma/Canva are highly desirable.
  • An eye for typography, color, and layout consistency.
  • The ability to translate complex scientific information into consumer-friendly design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working closely with growth, content, and product teams.
  • A mindset that's creative, resourceful, and experimental, not afraid to push boundaries and explore innovative design solutions.
