About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Creative Content Specialist to join our advertising team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing skills, the ability to think creatively, and a flair for crafting impactful communication across digital and traditional platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop clear, engaging, and persuasive content for ad campaigns, social media, websites, print, TV, radio, and other channels.

Collaborate with art directors, designers, and strategists to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.

Adapt tone and style as per brand voice and target audience.

Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, grammar, and alignment with brand guidelines.

Research industry trends, competitors, and cultural insights to create relevant messaging.

Present ideas and concepts to internal teams and clients, when required.

Requirements:

1–4 years of experience as a creative content specialist in an advertising agency or related field.

Strong portfolio showcasing work across digital, print, and integrated campaigns.

Excellent command of English (grammar, vocabulary, and storytelling).

Ability to write both short-form and long-form content.

Strong understanding of brand communication and consumer behavior.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Team player with good communication and presentation skills.
