Proposal Content Developer

  • This role involves contributing to the creation of high-quality proposal content, including developing and editing proposals, as well as sourcing new collateral.
  • You will be required to participate in storyboard sessions with bid/proposal team members and key partners, re-write/edit proposal responses from various partners, and handle a network of subject matter authorities to cover the proposal use case and its components.
  • Additionally, you will collaborate with business functions to plan and develop content by conducting interviews, reviewing solutions/ideas with SMEs/key partners, build and manage a repository of domain-specific content based on partner requirements, identify gaps in the content library, and develop new content to address these gaps.
  • Furthermore, you will coordinate writing schedules, format reproduction, and proposal delivery, develop taxonomies and metadata frameworks for grouping and tagging content, measure/report efficiency of content artefacts built, follow and implement quality SOPs guidelines, and ensure compliance to Genpact's brand and tone.
  • Qualifications we seek in you:
    • Excellent writing skills with ability to communicate solutions and recommendations in a persuasive succinct manner.
    • Able to construct a proposal storyline clearly articulate win themes convey key messages to bring out value proposition.
    • Knowledge understanding of business drivers processes in ITES/BPS industry.
    • Content knowledge on Industry verticals Service lines.
    • Aptitude awareness for using available content repositories innovative tools like Proposal automation software.
    • Good interpersonal and time-management skills.
