Job Summary:
Responsibilities;
- Conduct thorough research on projects, programs, and impact areas to gather relevant information for proposal development.
- Coordinate closely with project managers and teams to collect accurate and up-to-date project details, outcomes, and data.
- Draft clear, persuasive, and well-structured proposals tailored to the needs of funders and aligned with the organization’s mission.
- Collaborate directly with the founder & resource mobilizers to ensure proposal content reflects the organization’s vision and strategic priorities.
- Translate complex project information into compelling narratives that empower changemakers to effectively pitch and secure funding.
- Ensure all proposal documents meet donor guidelines and submission requirements.
- Maintain organized records of proposal drafts, submitted proposals, and related communications.
- Support the founder and project teams by providing timely and polished proposal materials as needed.

Qualifications;
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 years’ experience in proposal writing/content writing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document formatting tools
- Excellent witing and verbal communication skills

Office timing:

- 9 to 6 PM (Monday to Saturday)
