About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our team as Proposal Writers. This role involves preparing well-structured proposals, ensuring accuracy, and aligning with client requirements. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to learn quickly and work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and edit proposals as per client requirements.
  • Research and gather information to prepare accurate and compelling content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for inputs and clarifications.
  • Ensure all proposals are grammatically correct, well-formatted, and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain version control and organize proposal documentation.

Requirements:

  • Education: MBA (freshers welcome).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and basic computer operations.
  • Willingness to work in night shift (6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST).
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.
