**Job Title: Proposal Writer and Technical Content Writer**
**Location: Hyderabad (On-site)**
**Employment Type: Full-Time**
**Interview Process: Face-to-Face Interview Round**

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with Business Development Analysts and stakeholders to create winning business proposals and manage bid processes.
- Review, analyze, and respond to **Requests for Proposals (RFPs)** with compelling and tailored content.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather input and ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
- Work closely with Presales Teams and Technical Teams to create impactful technical documentation.
- Prepare comprehensive assessment reports, user manuals, and other technical documents as required.
- Develop engaging content, including **vlogs and LinkedIn posts**, to enhance the organization’s online presence.
- Ensure all written materials adhere to branding, quality, and compliance standards.
- Maintain a repository of reusable content and templates for future use.
- Conduct research and analysis to ensure the content is accurate, up-to-date, and industry-relevant.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Proposal Writer**, **Technical Content Writer**, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge and experience in managing RFPs, business proposals, and bid processes.
- Exceptional communication and **excellent written skills** with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in **internal and external stakeholder management**.
- Familiarity with **presales processes** and working with technical teams.
- Proficiency in preparing technical documentation, including assessment reports and user manuals.
- Creative mindset with experience in developing vlogs, social media posts, and marketing content.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of **business proposal and bid management tools** is a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in proposal writing and technical content creation.
- Expertise in industry best practices for proposal writing and content development.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month
