Renewable Energy Product Manager

Digital Innovation for a Sustainable Future

Drive digital transformation across renewable energy operations by developing and leading the lifecycle of digital products that enhance operational efficiency, sustainability, and data-driven decision-making.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with the company's digital roadmap.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify digital opportunities in battery energy storage systems (BESS) and green hydrogen domains.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and technology trend assessments to inform product strategy.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, launch, and continuous improvement.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, rapid prototyping, and continuous feedback.
Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field; MBA or Master's in product management is highly desirable.
  • 8–10 years of experience in product management, preferably in energy, utilities, or digital transformation domains.
  • Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies and sustainability frameworks.
