Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Design Engineer with expertise in Chiller Plants and VRV/VRF systems to fill this key role.

This position involves preparing designs, technical documentation, and coordinating with clients and consultants to ensure successful project execution.

  • Perform heat load calculations and cooling load estimations as per ASHRAE/ISHRAE standards.
  • Design & selection of chillers, pumps, cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF systems, and other HVAC equipment.
  • Prepare HVAC system layouts (ducting, piping, controls) using AutoCAD / Revit.
  • Develop BOQ, technical specifications, design reports, tender documents, and equipment data sheets.
  • Manage documentation, submittals, and approvals with clients and consultants.
  • Coordinate with MEP teams (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing), architects, and contractors for project integration.
  • Review vendor proposals and conduct technical evaluations.
  • Support in value engineering, energy efficiency improvements, and system optimization.
  • Provide technical support during installation, testing & commissioning stages.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 5-8 years of experience in MEP & HVAC design engineering.
  • Prior exposure to commercial, industrial, healthcare, and large infrastructure projects is preferred.
