Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior HVAC Design Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and testing of HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and a minimum of 10+ years of experience in designing and managing HVAC systems.

  • Design and manage HVAC systems for high-rise residential, commercial, and hospitality projects adhering to ASHRAE/ISHRAE standards.
  • Calculate heating and cooling needs, design HVAC systems, and propose new products and technologies with feasibility studies.
  • Evaluate techno-commercial options, propose energy-saving designs, and determine costs for heating and cooling systems.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, BOQs, estimates, technical specifications, and approved makes for tenders.
  • Conduct quality checks, inspections, and obtain LEED certifications for buildings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Revit and BIM software.
