Lead Data Scientist Role

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Data Scientist to drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge analytics solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL), with a strong technical background.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement ML/DL models using TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
  • Work with large datasets to build predictive models and analyze complex data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics solutions into business processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in ML/AI.

Key Requirements:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in ML/DL.
  • Strong understanding of NLP, deep learning, and neural networks.
  • Proficiency in Python and at least one of the Deep Learning frameworks.
  • Familiarity with NLP libraries such as NLTK, SpaCy, and Huggingface transformers.
  • Working knowledge of Generative AI models and their architectures.
  • Familiarity with at least one of the two cloud platforms - Azure or AWS.
  • Experience exposing solutions as API endpoints using ASGI frameworks like FastAPI.
  • Experience deploying solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools like Dagster, Airflow, MLFlow, etc.
  • Robust knowledge of statistics, data mining, and hypothesis testing.
  • Good communication skills and ability to present complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
