Job Description

As a seasoned leader in data analytics, you will drive strategic insights across the business and spearhead our data-driven culture.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, enhance operational efficiency, and support long-term growth.

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to boost customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing analytics team, including data analysts, BI engineers, and data scientists.
  • Define team structure, roles, and responsibilities to align with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver actionable insights, improve operational efficiency, and support long-term growth by:

  1. Collaborating with product, marketing, sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure analytics supports business needs.
  2. Developing and executing performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  3. Building, leading, and mentoring a high-performing analytics team.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with:

  • At least 8-10 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or growth roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search (Google, Meta) and other channels.
  • Strong proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Mode), SQL, and data modeling concepts.
