Brand Storyteller

We are seeking an experienced Brand Storyteller to join our team. As a key member of our content creation team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a compelling brand narrative that showcases the richness of our craft through beautiful design.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of luxury fashion, and a passion for storytelling through design. You will work closely with our team to produce engaging content through special projects and collaborations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with our business goals.
  • Manage content creation for our social media channels, website, and ad-creatives.
  • Create on-brand marketing and brand identity materials, including lookbooks and packaging designs.
  • Collaborate with the team to produce engaging content through special projects and collaborations.
  • Define, maintain, and evolve the Tilfi visual language and communication for the web experience.
  • Build and deliver communication strategies for customer engagement and experience.
  • Act as one of the guardians of the Tilfi visual language.
  • Work as part of a team, dividing responsibilities among team members as required.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Design, Business, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field, and Bachelor's degree in Design or an artistic field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in design and communications, preferably in the luxury sector.
  • Experience with the Adobe suite, including Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Figma, or similar.
  • Knowledge of UX layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, and limitations of the web.
  • Ability to create quality content on schedule in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of social media and interest in content, GIFs, videos, and content curation.
  • Creative yet disciplined approach, with a willingness to take initiative.
  • Able to work in an entrepreneurial, hands-on, and adaptive environment.
  • Experience with Shopify is considered an added advantage.
