Job Title: Social Media Ambassador

About the Role:
  • This role involves assisting in planning and executing social media campaigns to promote brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Source, vet, and collaborate with social media influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to develop engaging content.
  • Coordinate content seeding, gifting, and campaign briefs to ensure timely and impactful content creation.
  • Monitor and manage social media contracts, deliverables, and usage rights in collaboration with legal and procurement teams.
Building Relationships & Community Growth:
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with social media influencers, agents, PR contacts, and talent managers.
  • Support the development of a tiered social media community from micro to VIP luxury influencers.
  • Attend brand events and activations to cultivate in-person influencer connections.
Content & Campaign Support:
  • Collaborate with content and social teams to ensure social media content aligns with brand aesthetics and tone.
  • Monitor and share top-performing content and community insights to inspire future campaigns.
  • Ensure brand messaging is communicated authentically across all social media-led content.
Reporting & Optimization:
  • Track KPIs including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI from social media campaigns.
  • Provide regular insights, post-campaign analysis, and recommendations for improvement.

This role requires a strong understanding of social media marketing strategies and their execution. The successful candidate will be able to build and maintain strong relationships, create engaging content, and track key performance indicators to optimize future campaigns.
