Job Summary:

The role of AVP/VP - HR Analytics involves providing MI and analytics support to the HR function in areas such as people metrics, reporting, advanced & predictive analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support workforce planning and forecasting for FTE and compensation costs to ensure a systematic and transparent link between FTE, FTE movements, and compensation costs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management via formal presentations and standard management reporting artifacts on a periodic basis.
  • Analyze enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed, utilizing technology and analytical tools such as R and Python.

Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of hands-on experience with HR databases and systems is required to design and build workforce-related reporting, analytics, and forecasting.
  • Expertise in an analytics environment, including MI and reporting, preferably within HR, is essential.
  • Proficiency in financial planning regarding workforce costs, fixed pay, variable pay, and benefits is necessary.
  • The successful candidate will have experience in leading the interpretation of HR data to identify significant differences, relationships, and trends, as well as factors that could affect the results.
  • Strong statistical modeling and forecasting skills are required to drive meaningful business results.

Requirements:

  • Statistical Models: Developing, owning, and optimizing Statistical Models, Forecasting Plan, and HR reports to drive business outcomes.
  • HR Data Analysis: Interpreting HR data to identify key differences, relationships, and trends, and presenting findings to senior management.
  • Communication Skills: Presenting complex data insights to stakeholders via formal presentations and standard management reporting artifacts.

Deliverables:

  • Reports: Providing regular updates and insights to senior management via reports.
  • Presentations: Delivering presentations to communicate key findings and insights to stakeholders.
  • Data Visualization: Utilizing data visualization tools to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
