Job Title: Oracle HCM EBS Consultant

Experience: Only 3 – 5 Years

Work Mode: Primarily Remote. Must be willing to travel to client site in the Middle East as per project requirements.

Availability: Immediate Joiner Only

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EBS HCM professional with 3–5 years of functional experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 HCM modules. The role is remote-first but requires flexibility to travel onsite to client locations in the Middle East during project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and provide functional support for Oracle EBS HCM modules, primarily Core HR and Payroll; exposure to Self-Service HR (SSHR) or iRecruitment is a plus.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to Oracle HCM functionalities.
  • Prepare functional design documents and coordinate with technical teams for customizations.
  • Assist in testing, user training, and data migration activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring smooth delivery of project milestones.
  • Provide ongoing post-implementation support to end-users.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of functional experience in Oracle EBS HCM (On-Premise) R12.
  • Strong expertise in Core HR and Payroll; working knowledge of SSHR or iRecruitment is desirable.
  • Ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions within Oracle HCM.
  • Experience in writing functional specifications and working with technical teams for custom development.
  • Must be an Immediate Joiner.
  • Must hold a valid Indian passport and be willing to travel to the Middle East onsite as per project needs.
  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
