Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our cluster finance business partner team, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to think critically and communicate complex financial concepts effectively.

You will be proactive, self-driven, and capable of working effectively in a dynamic environment, while also being an excellent team player, trouble-shooter, and consensus-builder.

  • Supporting and partnering with AOP delivery on volume, NSV, OP cash, and pricing
  • Strengthening the finance O&R process and building a pre- and post-measurement mindset for trade spend investments
  • Collecting past C-forms, improving processes, and reducing timelines for recording
  • Participating in unlocking savings and ensuring hygiene by dialing up distributor ROI
  • Reducing W/Capital/Provisions unlock (overall norms to be lower in value than last three years' average aged inventory)
  • Driving BTL claim processes, adopting new BTL processes, and engaging with commercial teams
  • Developing a pre- and post-M&E culture on BTL and TTL spends, pricing optimization, and benchmarking against industry players

Additionally, you will independently develop financial analysis, provide insights to key stakeholders, and own the delivery of financial targets and effective control environments.
