Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a portfolio of NRI clients to achieve revenue growth through equity, derivatives, commodity and currency broking.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client relationships, acquire new clients and expand existing ones.
  • Profiling clients and recommending financial products to meet their needs based on risk appetite.
  • Coordinate daily with clients for investment in equity and other wealth products like mutual funds, PMS, SIPs and AIFs.
  • Enable customers to execute trades online and place orders on their behalf.
  • Maintain healthy revenues while ensuring client profitability.
  • Acquire new clients through referrals from existing clients.
  • Activate inactive clients through regular follow-ups.
  • Regularly follow-up with clients and handle their queries.
  • Stay up-to-date with macroeconomic indicators, global and domestic financial markets and their impact on stock movements.

Required Skills:

  • Domain knowledge of equity, stock broking, PMS, mutual funds, AIF and bonds.
  • Experience in handling B2C relationships.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and products.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
