Job Title: Senior Executive Facilities

  • As a key member of our team, you will directly support the Facility Manager in executing the needs of managing the assigned portfolio. This includes:
  • Maintaining client satisfaction through the delivery of exceptional Facility Management services and support programs to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring compliance with facility management, financial management, and operational policies and procedures as per FM PARTNER minimum audit and compliance standards.
  • Meeting or exceeding site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) on a monthly basis to identify potential challenges and plan corrective actions accordingly.
  • Conducting proactive inspections of assigned properties to address any deficiencies.
  • Creating and following up on corrective work orders as necessary.
  • Supporting work order management for in-house staff and vendors as required.
  • Providing support for facility soft services such as meetings preparation, conference room reservations, food services, parking, vending as needed and directed.
  • Collaborating with the account team to drive the development and implementation of IFM best practices and innovations.
  • Supporting the implementation of EHS management systems.
  • Enforcing all Company policies and training requirements regarding safe and efficient operations and work practices.
  • Implementing and monitoring hazard control and team safety practices, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations and Jones Lang LaSalle operations standards.
  • Contributing to facility-specific cost savings targets to contribute to the account achieving savings goals.
  • Assisting in the development and management of operational and capital budgets.
  • Providing operational reporting, budgeting, financial management, purchasing support as necessary.
  • Supporting the development of monthly/quarterly variance reporting for operating budget.
  • Ensuring Client Renewals are done within SLA.
