We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to oversee the end-to-end execution of a large-scale migration program.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional with strong governance, stakeholder management, and runbook-driven execution expertise, with experience in complex enterprise migrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the end-to-end migration execution strategy and delivery roadmap.
  • Coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams: application, infrastructure, testing, data, and cutover.
  • Develop and maintain detailed migration runbooks, cutover plans, and rollback strategies.
Team & Stakeholder Management
  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate a cross-functional team of 65 members.
  • Define team structure, resource allocation, and capacity planning based on project phases.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for internal teams and stakeholders.
Governance & Reporting
  • Ensure daily stand-ups are held , migration control rooms, and checkpoint meetings are setup.
  • Report delays/issues/risks to leadership and provide options for mitigation.
  • Publish executive dashboards and KPIs on progress, issues, and blockers.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 12+ years of experience in IT delivery, with 5+ years in migration programs.
  • Proven track record of leading large teams (50+ people) in a matrixed or distributed model.
  • Strong experience with enterprise migrations (e.g., cloud, core banking, platform upgrades, infra refresh).
Preferred Background
  • Experience in Finance Sector.
  • Familiarity with Temenos Transact, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms in migration context is an advantage.
