We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Database Administrator to lead our database migration programs. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement migration strategies to ensure zero/near-zero downtime.
- Plan, design, and execute Oracle database migrations across various environments.
- Perform end-to-end database backup and recovery using Rubrik and RMAN.
- Implement delta data synchronization strategies for near-zero downtime migration.
- Use Oracle Enterprise Manager for database performance monitoring and validation.
- 10+ years of Oracle Database experience with 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Strong experience with Oracle Exadata administration, migration, and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native database solutions in AWS and Azure.
Bonus points if you have: Proven track record of managing large-scale Oracle migrations, Strong understanding of OEM, and Experience with Rubrik for backup integration.
