Job Title: Litigation Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Litigation Associate to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for assisting in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management & Legal Documentation:
  • Assist in reviewing and drafting contracts to ensure alignment with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct research and support the preparation of briefs and reports.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to mitigate contractual risks and optimize terms that protect the organization's interests.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Stay updated on legal developments and provide guidance to the organization.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure company-wide compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of legal principles and concepts, particularly in contract law and compliance. You should also possess excellent research, writing, and analytical skills, as well as attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1+ year of experience in a related field.
  • A degree in Law (LLB or LLM).
