Job Title: Compliance Risk Analyst

As a key member of the Compliance team, you will be responsible for executing fieldwork and testing across various laws including AML, Privacy, Anti-corruption and Consumer Protection. Your strong risk assessment skills will enable you to design and implement effective testing programs, while regular communication with stakeholders will ensure seamless collaboration.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also lead conversations with senior stakeholders, train and mentor colleagues in relevant knowledge and practices, and contribute to strategic initiatives to improve the delivery model. Your expertise will be invaluable in detecting emerging regulatory risks and identifying impending legislation that may impact the Compliance Monitoring Plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute fieldwork and testing across various laws including AML, Privacy, Anti-corruption and Consumer Protection.
  • Develop and implement effective testing programs using strong risk assessment skills.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Lead conversations with senior stakeholders on compliance matters.
  • Train and mentor colleagues in relevant knowledge and practices.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives to improve the delivery model.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in internal audit, regulatory compliance within the Big Four or in a bank/financial institution with an Anti-Money Laundering background.
  • Academic qualification with experience in compliance or legal, preferably with Anti-Money Laundering knowledge.
  • Chartered Accounts, CPA, CIA, ACAMS, MBA or individuals with certifications in audit preferred.
