Key Responsibilities:

Solution Leadership: Collaborate with clients to identify their business challenges and develop innovative solutions using generative AI.

Technical Architecture: Translate client needs into actionable solution concepts, defining the architecture, data strategy, model selection, and tooling required for success.

Project Ownership: Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, ensuring technical quality, alignment with business goals, and timely execution of project milestones.

Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor cross-functional teams, including engineers and data scientists, fostering best practices and ensuring project accountability.

Hands-On Contribution: Remain hands-on with tools, models, and code to prototype, build, and troubleshoot complex components of the application.

Stakeholder Management: Serve as the key technical point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing clear progress updates, and maintaining strong relationships.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience leading technical teams and taking ownership of the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions.
  • Strong, client-facing communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both executive and technical stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and agentic systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy GenAI solutions using Python and relevant frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based ML/AI services such as AWS Sagemaker, Azure OpenAI, or Google Vertex AI.
