Role Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives and drive business expansion through strategic partnerships, client relationships, and go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Data & AI domain, leveraging technical expertise to address client challenges and capitalize on emerging trends.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand the client base across industries, fostering strong relationships with decision-makers and driving revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to shape solutions that deliver clear business value to clients, meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, maintaining a strong network of decision-makers and thought leaders.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales within IT Services, Consulting, or Technology Solutions, preferably in Data, AI, Cloud, or Software Development.
  • Strong understanding of Data & AI technologies, including Data Engineering, Machine Learning, MLOps, Cloud Platforms, and Analytics.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, coupled with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical offerings into clear business value for clients, with a self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience selling consulting services beyond software licenses.
  • Knowledge of enterprise data platforms, such as Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks, and Snowflake.
  • Exposure to emerging areas like Generative AI, Intelligent Automation, or Advanced Analytics.
