Job Opportunity: Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Serving as an expert in SAP S/4HANA FICO, driving adoption, optimization, and continuous improvement of financial processes.
  • Managing end-to-end business cycles, including Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Plan-to-Product, and Request-to-Service (R2S).
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 15-20 years of experience in Finance/Accounting with senior-level or managerial roles.
  • Certified SAP Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting (or equivalent).
  • Strong expertise in SAP FICO, Product Costing, CO-PA, and SAP Business Processes.
  • Demonstrated leadership in budgeting, costing, and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency with Hyperion Financial Reporting and other advanced analytics tools.
  • Proven track record in process improvement, audits, and compliance management.
