Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the finance & accounting department, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Manage treasury operations, leveraging expertise in cash management and risk assessment.
  • Establish and enforce robust expense policies, promoting fiscal responsibility and transparency.
  • Coordinate annual audits, guaranteeing accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Support the CEO and CFO in fundraising activities, fostering strategic partnerships and business growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as an accounting manager, controller, or treasury manager.
  • Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
  • In-depth understanding of payment operations, digital payment processing, and risk management.
  • Education: MBA Finance or BBA Finance.
  • Exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage key stakeholders and external partners.
  • Willingness to work in an early-stage company and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Financial services/payments industry background preferred.
