Telesales Team Leader Job Description">

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Telesales Team Leader to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

  • Manage a team of telesales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to maximize inbound and outbound leads.

  • Utilize analytics to drive efficiency and profitability within the sales unit.

  • Creating strategic roadmaps and setting goals and milestones for the telesales team.

  • Ensuring issuance targets are met for the channel team.

  • Monitoring performance, driving efficiencies, and continuously reviewing business strategy.

  • Providing guidance and direction to team members.

  • Preparing reports on sales performance and productivity.

  • Creating a strong compliance and control environment.

  • Exploring cross-selling and up-selling strategies.

  • Ensuring lead optimization and optimal utilization of dialer strategies.

  • Bridging gaps and disconnects in systems and working towards process improvement.

  • Training agents on new initiatives.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:">

Education: Any graduate, MBA, PGDM.

Skills: High analytical proficiency, outbound telesales team handling experience, proactive approach in issue resolution, good communication and presentation skills.

Experience: 6+ years of experience in handling a team strength of 50+ in outbound campaigns, sales, collections, controlling attrition for the team, drive productivity per advisor, constantly improving conversion of leads, employee motivation and engagement, controlling loss ratio for the channel, and cancellations.
