Job Title: Windows Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and Microsoft SQL Server. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling complex infrastructure escalations, troubleshooting critical issues, and ensuring optimal system stability and availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Windows Server environments.
  • Perform server performance tuning and patch management.
  • Ensure OS-level security compliance and configuration.
  • Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.
  • Configure and manage Windows clustering.
  • Administer SQL database mirroring, replication, and clustering.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Windows System Administration with L3-level responsibilities.
  • Deep expertise in Windows Server administration (2012/2016/2019/2022).
  • Strong knowledge of IIS 8.5/10.
  • Hands-on experience with Plesk on Windows (Obsidian, Onyx).
  • Microsoft SQL Server administration (up to 2019).
  • PowerShell scripting and automation.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / Solutions Architect.
  • MCSA / MCSE (Windows Server, SQL Server).
  • ITIL Foundation.
