Job Description

This role involves the deployment, management and support of Microsoft Windows Server environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the overall health and security of these systems.

Responsibilities include:

  • Install, configure and maintain Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments.
  • Apply security patches, perform OS updates and ensure server health and compliance.
  • Manage Active Directory infrastructure including user accounts, security groups, OUs and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
  • Troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues.
  • Configure and support core services such as DNS, DHCP and Certificate Services.
  • Manage file and print services, including permissions and quota.

Required Skills and Qualifications

This position requires a strong foundation in server administration, Active Directory, virtualization technologies, PowerShell scripting and infrastructure services.

Candidates must have hands-on experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, proficiency in managing Active Directory and GPOs, and experience with DNS, DHCP and certificate services.

A strong background in PowerShell scripting and automation is also essential, as is familiarity with VMware ESXi/vSphere or Hyper-V platforms.
